Allie is a young, 2-3 year old, affectionate Weimaraner (Weim/Dobie/Pittie mix) mix looking for her forever home! In true Weim fashion, she’s incredibly loyal and wants to be by your side as your devoted shadow. She’s a sweet and loving companion who thrives on human connection.

Allie gets very excited when meeting new people and dogs. She will initially alert to newcomers with a loud bark, but she quickly accepts them into her world. She’s still learning her leash skills and proper introductions with other dogs—she tends to want to take charge, so she’ll need guidance to find her place in the pack. For now, dog parks aren’t the best fit, but with patience and confidence-building, she’ll get there!

At home, Allie is housebroken and does well with free roam, though she prefers to do her business while on a walk. She would thrive in a home that can provide her with love, structure, and positive reinforcement to help her continue growing into the amazing dog she’s meant to be.
